Energy Flow  - 3 part Meditation Class

Do you consider yourself a sensitive/intuitive person but don’t know how to navigate day-to-day challenges and still feel OK?

Dr. Lisa Polinsky is a Naturopathic Physician, as well as a meditation teacher with over 20 years experience using these tools.  This 3-part course provides essential tools you can use every day to help manage your personal energy bubble.  Using creative visualization, story-telling, guided imagery and self-discovery this small group video/on-line format offers experiential, lasting ‘how-to’s’. You will leave each class with perceptible changes, learn how to understand your personal energy flow, and connect more deeply to your inner knowing.  This is an experiential, small group class.

THREE PART CLASS SERIES

CLASS 1

Reconnecting - grounding yourself in your body and reconnecting to nature.

CLASS 2

Releasing - determining what is your energy and what is not your energy, learning to let go and release energy from your body.

CLASS 3

Restoring - increase your energy and feel more revitalized. what is your energy and what is not your energy, learning to let go and release energy from your body, from pain.
