Spring is a season of new growth, increasing daylight, enhanced levels of activity and as such is the perfect time to consider embracing a personalized spring cleanse. Traditionally, twice a year cleansing in spring and fall is encouraged to assist your body in optimizing function.

The normal systems of elimination in the body are urinary, bowels (assisted by the liver), skin, lungs and all are assisted by optimal lymphatic drainage. Depending on the symptoms a person presents with a cleanse may be whole body and general or more focused on liver and kidney support.

  • exercise or saunas to assist with skin elimination

  • a phase of REST activities (media fast, journaling, meditation)
